Traditionally, Yarrow has been used internally as a cold preventative - (10-20 drops taken daily as needed), and is known to help a fever by inducing sweating. Yarrow can also be sprayed on the throat to reduce inflammation and relieve sore throat. Externally, Yarrow tincture has been used to clean wounds and prevent infection.
