Yellow Dock is an adaptogen known to help the body to absorb #Iron , Detox and Cool the Liver, Remove obstructions from the intestinal tract and act as a gentle laxitive. California Native Elders used it “for all Women’s problems”, and it is even said to relieve pain and swelling in nasal passages and the respiratory tract. Dr. Sebi notes Yellow Dock as an effective Blood Cleanser. Historically, yellow dock has been used for skin diseases, skin inflammation (dermatitis), rashes, obstructive jaundice, and psoriasis with constipation.
